In the on-going development programme the Progressive Democrats Party is inviting applications for key positions to complement the work of the National Organisation and the existing Regional Organisers:

Applications are invited for the following posts:

• REGIONAL ORGANISER – SOUTH WEST (REF: RSW)
• REGIONAL ORGANISER – SOUTH (REF: ROS)
• REGIONAL ORGANISER – NORTH WEST (RNW)

Each position relates to constituency boundaries of the relevant Region

In general the positions involve taking responsibility throughout each region for

• supporting the existing units of the Party Organisation.
• assisting the elected representatives.
• implementing a development plan for each Constituency / County.
• Communicating the Party policies and achievements to the electorate.
• Identifying and supporting Party Candidates for all elections

The person(s) to be appointed in each case must have:

• self motivation
• political acumen and knowledge
• experience in preparing and implementing strategies and development plans
• flexibility in work situations
